Bikram Yoga is slowly but surely changing my body for the better. When I started, I was knock-kneed and completely flat-footed. Now my legs are beginning to straighten, and arches are forming in my feet. These seem like small things, but I am amazed that Bikram Yoga is actually changing my body’s structure! My weight loss has been more dramatic. In about five months of practice, I have lost over 20 lbs. This yoga is the only exercise I do. It makes me want to eat less junk food, drink more water, and be more aware of what I allow into my system. I now practice a much healthier lifestyle, and my body is showing it, thanks to Bikram Yoga!
