I cannot recommend this highly enough. For me this yoga is like a healing pool. For the first few times, you step into the pool, it’s like you’ve never been swimming before. But then you immediately begin to feel relief from pain. For me, it took about 5 or so classes to begin feeling dramatic reductions in my shoulder, neck & lower back pain. Then as you continue to come back into the pool, you will begin to feel other benefits, like the physical changes. I started feeling stronger in my legs, arms, and my posture. Then as you continue to come back to the pool, you begin to feel a mental , emotional and spiritual healing as well., which took around 50 classes. After 10 yrs of practice, I continue to come back for all of these benefits, practicing about 3 or 4 times a wk. Now I am pain free, stronger, and an overall happier person!
