Healing & Better Flexibility

I started Bikram Yoga in July of 2005, mostly to try and heal a very sore and troublesome achilles tendon. Six months later my achilles tendon has not healed, however the rest of my body is transforming itself into a limber and flexible machine!

So far I have lost more than 10 lbs, I can bend and stretch like I could in high school (maybe even better), and, my hips are beginning to open and loosen up after years of being frozen.

Maybe the best of all result is the clarity I am achieving in my personal life. On a daily basis, life and—what is important in life—are becoming much clearer to me!
