Why would you do Hot PIlates? Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat very quickly, and increases fitness levels. It creates a strong core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. It is performed on a yoga mat making it low impact, protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping. See you THURSDAY at 10 am, FRIDAY 6:30 pm, SATURDAY 12:00 AND SUNDAY 12:00. It is for ALL LEVELS.
