After I completed my first “10 lessons in 30 days” package deal at the South Boulevard location, I knew that I had finally found what my body has needed for so long: a comprehensive breathing, stretching, relaxing and strengthening fitness regime. I saw more results with yoga during that short period of time than I ever had during many months spent in the gym lifting weights and running on the treadmill. My waist became smaller, my posture straightened up, my feet became more in tune with the ground and I became more balanced. In addition, I stopped sleeping with a pillow and just relaxed into the corpse pose to fall asleep instantly. My body looks different: I have lost weight, my legs are becoming stronger and slimmer, my arms too. I drink more water, I eat quality food to fuel my efforts during class and of course, I feel fantastic!
I’m working my way up to the “60 day Challenge” which I will start in January of 2008 and I know that if I can do that, I can do anything!
