
I first discovered 26/2 in 2005 as a way to cope with stress and life transitions. My practice came and went over the years, but when I finally committed fully, something shifted. The consistency brought balance, focus, and a different kind of energy into my life. By surrendering to each posture and moving with where my body was that day, I learned acceptance and resilience—lessons that carry far beyond the mat.
In 2022, with my family’s support, I completed teacher training under Mike Winter. Today, it’s an honor to guide others through this powerful series and share the same growth it’s brought me. See you in the hot room!

Along with our regular teaching staff, we often have visiting guest teachers who teach at our studios. We offer mentoring to teachers and studio owners who come to study with us from around the world.
