
I first discovered hot yoga when I was 18 years old, while still in high school. I will never forget that first class—it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, both physically and mentally. In the heat and stillness, I found myself confronting parts of my mind I hadn’t realized were there, and when I finally let go, it felt like a heavy weight had been lifted after years of carrying it. Since then, my practice has ebbed and flowed with life’s seasons, but it’s something I know will always have a place in my life.
Whenever life feels heavy and chaotic, this practice has been a grounding force. It strengthens my body, of course, but more importantly, it brings clarity and calm to my mind. Each class reminds me to breathe through discomfort, to stay present, and to find stillness amid chaos—a lesson that reaches far beyond the mat.

Along with our regular teaching staff, we often have visiting guest teachers who teach at our studios. We offer mentoring to teachers and studio owners who come to study with us from around the world.
